I built and currently maintain the Appliance Factory Outlet website, partner websites and micro sites. I work directly with the CEO to provide him with any online tools that he deems will be beneficial for the company. I trained several individuals to fill positions in the newly created online marketing department.

1/1/2008-3/2/2009 Creative Director, Commotion
Managed the design team to ensure that all projects were completed professionally and efficiently. Oversaw the hiring of new interns and designers. Coordinated with printers to submit projects and approve proofs. Communicated with clients to submit designs for approval or to discuss what changes were needed. Conceptualized and implemented logos, stationary, websites, advertisements, flash animations, Parking Stripe® Advertising and many other miscellaneous projects.

Available to residents for any and all problems, enforced rules with the help of the security staff, and wrote incident reports for disciplinary actions.
